Desert 100 - Odessa

It's that time of year again. We're packing up and planning to get there at about 4 o'clock on Friday. 5 bikes in the caravan, 5 trucks and 1-5th wheel.

Will for sure ride the iron man poker run on Saturday, maybe the scramble, definitely hit the dunes at Moses Lake on the way home.

Anyone else?

There are quite a few from our club that will be there camping & riding the Poker Run and the race.

We won't make it - kid has the EW MX Class on Sunday so we'll be at Airway Hts instead.

They wussified the ironman to 53 miles. The family poker run put the kiddies on the same loop but only one 26 mile lap. It was a little hard for the kiddies. Very dusty with a little rain on Saturday. It was even cold enough to frost the trucks both mornings.

Overall pretty good event. As always, the club provided excellent support.

We'll be back next year.
