I've got a cr250 with about 15hrs. on it. I just added a SST pipe, Shorty silencer and V-force reeds. After I put the reeds on it takes 3-4 kicks to start it (warm). At 1/2 to full throttle it has no power and seems like just air is going through the motor. I live at sea level and ride in sand. The stock main jet is a 380 and #74 needle with the clip in the #2 position. I plan on putting in a 400 main jet (richer) and changing to a #73 needle (richer). Am I going in the right direction or should I just kick my own ass? Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.
