do I need to re-jet after installing new pipe

I have a 2004 KDX 200. I am buying an FMF pipe for it. Do I need to change my jetting?

im pretty sure you have to rejet to the specs that fmf gives you, i could be totally wrong though

go to fmf web site they tell you about all the jetting you need to know for a base line adjustment. ride on :cool:

Stock your bike is too rich. After the pipe it'll be even richer. Without leaning it out you won't get the power gain that the pipe has the potential of giving you.

I wouldn't rely on FMF's jetting specs. Canadian Dave is a much better source! See the second thread in this forum for a link to the "JUST KDX" website. The jetting specs you'll find there will get you close.
