Does your 2003 cr250 leak fuel excessively out of carb lines?

I need a little help guys. My 03 cr250 seems to always drip fuel out of the overflow tubes on the carb. All of my riding buddies say that my bike is constantly dripping fuel even when i'm running. For instance, if i stop the bike on any type of hill/ angle, fuel will start pouring out. Another guy i work with has the same bike and he says they are notorious for leaking fuel there. Can i do anything? As for running shape, the bike runs good but does load up if i dont rev it out while i'm in the woods. I'm sure it's a jetting issue and i plan to play with that in the spring with a jd kit. Any help would be appreciated.

Check the float level in the carby. My CR125 2003 model used to do that until I changed the float level and it never did it again.

I have 1999 cr250 that did the same thing. I pulled the carb out, adjusted floats and low and behold, never did it again........really

Thanks guys, i'll check and adjust the floats. Never done it before, but i have a factory manual so i should be able to handle it.

Also, check out the float valve. You may have a piece of crap holding it open.
