Dropped a screw below through the power valve

Well a screw came loose on my power valve. I took the cover off and saw it drop through the hole that the arm extends through. I looked down into the hole and it looks like it goes to the bottom of the case. I really dont know what to do and I cant fetch the screw out with a magnet or anything. (BTW the power valve I speak of is on the right side if you are sitting on it. Its built onto the cylinder also just to make myself more clear as to what I'm talking about.)

I took my tranny cover off and its def not back there as it fell into an area more to the right. Ideas?

if you take the cylinder off, is there enough room to get a magnet down there?

I got it out. I had to take the side cover off (the one behind the clutch cover). I didn't take it off completely as the power valve adjust and the kick start had something running through it holding it on. But I pried the case back about 1 mm on one side and let the screw fall out. Thanks guys.
