Mine was put in the mail last Monday @ 3 PM. I really thought it should be there by now. I am leaving tomorrow at 5 am to go offshore for two weeks, so let me know if you want me to resend it. I emailed Mully the check for raffle tickets at the same time and he has already received that check so I am wondering why you haven't received the waiver?
