I have a 2004 Honda CRF230F and I just fully charged the battery and the electric start will not work, it doesn't even make a noise. The bike will bump/roll start fine but the electric start wont work, what things should I check?
Check all the connections. Did you have the battery out to charge it? Maybe you didn't get something tight? Did it work ok before the battery went dead?
What do you look for when checking connections? I charged the battery while it was in the bike, I tighten everything down good. It worked a week ago with the old battery but then that battery went dead and wouldn't hold a charge anymore. But with the new battery the electric start will not work.
