Hello, everyone! I just joined this forum, and already have a question for the "gurus":
I bought a ktm 400 sxc stripped of all street-legal components. I put everything back on, installed a battery, passed inspection and so forth. The only problem: on high rpm's the lights dim and the battery discharges. Now, I don't know anything about electrics, I found out that I am missing a Condensator or " :) flux"capacitor (which makes time-travel possible)...
Before I buy it, will that solve my problem?
