I have 90 KTM. I has been rebuilt and i've started many times and broke it in a little bit ago. I tried starting it today and it ran fine for a couple of min then when i started it died. I had trouble getting is started and the last time it ran it was rapping out and i had to blep it to keep it running and it still rapped out. could i have clogged the jets. I have about 30:1 in now(used for break in). And do i need to retighten the head bolts after break in? Any help is good

It sounds like it may be lean.

Pull the plug and tell us what it looks like. Is it white or tan, or is it sooty looking. Clean your carb and jets real well and set the float per owner's manual specs.

Need a little more info to diagnose properly.
