Epoxy question

Don't know if this is the correct forum, please move if not.
I got an old bike for free. It sat with water in the cases for a while and has some corrosion.I glass beaded the area to get rid of any loose crud, and cleaned the surface with acetone.I'd like to put some kind of epoxy or sealer on there to try to prevent any future air leaks.What brand or type of product would you guys reccomend ? Thanks.

Moroso has a two part putty type epoxy that works really well. I've used it in a number of Harley intake ports with great results.

You can get it from most any speed shop or online places like Summit or Jegs.

I use some stuff by the name Quik Steel. I've used it on automotive applications for a few years and am really pleased with it.
