Fender Extender (license plate mount)

Anybody know where I can find a fender extender that I can use to mount my "ATV plate" required here in New York?

I ride in MN. The DNR here requires us to have a plate also. I went and bought one of those thin plastic garage sale signs for about 2 bucks. I then bought 1.5" (width) reflective letters for about 3 bucks. I cut a 4" by 7" piece out of the white area where you would normally write your address on the sign. We have 5 letters in our number so they perfectly across this size. I rounded the corners a little. I drilled 2 holes through the plate and my fender and bolted the plate on. The top of the "plate" is about 1/8" below the tail light. It extends about 3/4" past the end of the fender. Kinda looked a little goofy at first but then I remembered writing out the check for the ticket the Sheriff gave me for failure to display my registration.

E-line makes a complete kit w/ tail light, head light and blinkers.
