How do you clean tank when splash guard won't come out? Is it removable or not? The petcock looks like someone poured acid in it because it's all crumbled and green and nasty I'm wondering if I need the tubes I just bought a new carburetor and I wanted to get it running but I'm not going to put any gas through this tank like it is. I want to be sure it's totally clean
