I have a 1981 yamaha yz125 that will not stay running. When we bump start it the only way it stays running is if we keep pushing it, and the kick start wont start it up either. Give any suggestions on why it wont stay started.
Dude you need to give us something more than that. For examle:
Any spark?
Air filter cleaning history
Compression? (you can check this by using your thum as a starter)
What kind of running is it doing when it does start (describe it)
Any plug fouling?
Ect....
There are so many knowledgeable people on this site that can help you (I'm not even close compared to some of these guys) but you're not giving anyone much to go on.
