Maxima FFT, good stuff. It goes on like water so it's easy to
work in and then gets real tacky as you work it. I want to switch
to NoToil, just haven't done it yet.

I use chainsaw bar oil for filter oil and deisel and then soap and water to clean.
Chainsaw bar oil has special additives for tackiness in it just like airfilter oil but
costs $5 a gallon instead of $5 for 16 oz. The oil is very thick like airfilter oil is
once the additives have evaporated. This way I can afford to put a clean filter in
after every ride.

I have been using all the major brands of oil filters with great results. It boils down to how much you put on. If you don't have enough oil, you will get dirt in especially with uni filters. Now, I use chainsaw bar oil because I was tired of the rip off. It works awesome. TTT explained better than I could. I was told also that PJ1 filter oil is actually bar oil with a solvent to make it easy to apply. It would make sense because both oils are red and have the exact same appearance and tacky properties once the solvent is out.

Interesting. I've never heard of using that before. I guess if it gets sticky then that would be good.
