for a friend, what are the main differences between a 125 and 250f

hey guys, im asking this for a friend because ive never ridden a 250f ( only 250 smokers :laugh: :p ) he wants to know the main differences between a 125 and 250f. hes ridding a 2004 KX125 and he wants to get a 450f at 15! he says the 250f isnt much different. ive told him all that i know ( well, most of it), can you guys help me out?

250F makes the same peak horsepower as a 125 but it makes power starting lower in the powerband. 125s are very peaky and require lots of clutch work, where as a 250F is more twist the throttle and go. At 15 I think he's nuts to get a 450F. Those bikes can be monsters.
