You can modify the larger diameter spline shift shaft from the kx 125s to work in the 95 and up kdx 200 and 220s gives you a much larger assortment of shifters to choose from, even the 250 f shifters that have more clamping surface, I run the 08 kx 250f shifter with a 98 kx 125 shift shaft on mine, its about an inch longer and gives you more room between the peg and shifter, and you loose the dorkey factory steel shifter.
