Foresthill, CA. Trail 6

I talked to Ranger Moore at the Foresthill Ranger Station and trail 6 will be closed for about 1 year or longer. Due to the last lightning storm they have downed trees and had fire in the trail area. All other trails are open.

Yep, I was out there last weekend. Trail 5 was still in grat shape and was not affected. We got to the intersection of trail 5-6 and 6 and the closed sign was posted. I guess the fire started down at one of the bridges, but luckily the bridges were not damaged.
