I just got new springs (.40KG/22#) for the 220 and would like preload suggestions. I have read here that the stock preload is a bit much, but I think the stock springs needed it as they barly kept rubber off the fender when riding on smooth ground. I weigh about 155 and am fairly agressive.

I searched for this info and didn't find a good answer. Bad search string on my part no doubt!

Thanks

I'm just curious about what your clicker settings were. I weigh 205 and have never bottomed out the stock springs.

I just ordered the .40 kg springs too though , hoping for better handling.

The clickers are still stock, but the forks are 1/2 compressed when riding on gentle hills and flat ground with slight chop. They would not even begin to handle a wash out, or a mild jump. The damping adjustment will have to wait until I get the ride height figured out.
