Today I was dissasembling my forks to change the oil and made an awesome discovery. I found that the spacers between my springs and fork caps were adjustable. It does not show an adjustable one in the manual for a 89 to 92 kdx 200. I am so glad since this fork has no preload adjustment. I moved the ring down 4 notches on the spacer and it made a world of difference. I plan on playing with the settings through out the week. I just wondered if anyone else had these adjustable spacers?

What kind of difference. My 92's 200 front forks are a little soft. I would like to stiffen them up. Did yours stiffen up. Also how did you go about adding oil to them. Can you just take off that top hex nut and pour oil in? Please clue me in. I would like to see if my forks are adjustable. Are yours inverted?, or regular?
