In case anyone is interested. I found a place in Ohio that re-chromed a set of fork tubes for me. They did an excellent job and it was less than I expected! www.unitedhardchrome.com
If you need to straighten, grind and re-chrome your fork tube, I think it might be cheaper to just buy a new lower fork tube. They aren't that expensive if you can do the dis/re-assembly yourself
