Is it a river or a lake...the waves kinda look like the tidal bore that comes up one of our local rivers...its a tidal phenomena when a large tidal area gets jammed into a river at the end of it.
well, i found a way to get in, or i could guess you could say that i made a way. i think that it is some kind of sewage pool. there are several of these pools and there is a pump at the far left hand side. that thing that looks like its floating is some kind of pump. and yes there is construction, accually this is in the way back of a construction site for a small neighborhood. there is also a highway that runs close by.
