Hello,
I`m going to remove the front wheel trip meter form the front axel and Id like to replace it with the correct size spacer.

When at the dealer I saw a 2002 Suzuki 250 that looked close.

Dose anyone know the part number that will work for a 2002 KDX 200

Cheers !

I did not replace with a spacer, but instead used a Ty Davis cable plug which fills the hole perfectly. I switch between enduro and mx setup in minutes. Just my 02.

You might want to remove the bevel gear inside the hub.

I filled mine with super blue wheel bearing grease(automotive). Works pretty good. Through two years of riding and who knows how many pressure washings I have added grease one time. Plus I think I can just put the cable back in and go.

I've been meaning to check with Stroker 4 stroke speed equip ,they make a spacer to get rid of the odo drive on the klx.Since the odo is the same on the klx ,kdx....i believe ,that might work.I'll call them monday

Go down to your local hardware store and get a rubber cap/plug and fill the hole for less than a dollar. The screw will hold it right in there.
