FRONT Brake squeeks (97 RM250)

After riding a while, My front brake squeeks and seems to grab more. I do not have a disc cover, is this just a result of dirt/dust getting on the disc?

Other than that they seem to work fine, they don't fade, or give out, etc....they really seem to perform fine besides this small complaint.

Ideas?

Maybe its heat causing it. My bicycle disc brake does it to.

Take the pads off and file the edge over a bit. When they wear they get sharp and squeel.
