front brakes

I took my front tire off to do the fork seals, and now that everything is back together the front brakes (the leaver) when I pull it in it feels a bit weird like not as smooth or something I checked my oil level and its at the low mark, maybe I need to bleed them, But I don't know how to,, the brakes work fine but something seems diffrent
any advice ?

Top off the fluid atleast, then see how it feels. Also, you should probly bleed them, that could help. Does it feel mushy when you pull in the lever? Or is it really stiff?

When you took off your front forks did you remove the bars too? If so, you might have turned them upside down and got some air in the reservoir.
Bleed them.
