i sent him a message like yours and he replied it depends on what other work you need and what shape everything is in. he just refered me to his site.. He really helps out a lot when you talk to him on the phone compared to email, generally I'd say about 400 bucks to get you started.

It will probably be hard to get ahold of Jeff for the next few weeks since he's running the ISDE in Chile. Isn't this his 26th year? Amazing!!!
