Leaking Fuel from hose joint

2000 YZ426F. I am leaking fuel from the hose joint on the carburetor. I believe the problem to be within the carb. I changed the fuel line, (no leaks that I can see from the tubing) and noticed that the hose joint seems loose. It toggles a little. When I wiggle it, gas comes out a lot more. Could it be that the o-rings inside are shot? I tried to tighten a screw that sits just behind the joint but is was tight. Is this a big deal to fix/ It looks like I'm going to have to tear down the carb. Any thoughts?

sounds like the o-rings (3?) around the fuel joint are wore out. go to your local dealer and have him pull up the fiche for your bike. show him the part that leaks and he can get the seals for you.
