Leak from lower carb hose,,,HELP

Leak from lower carb hose, PW80,,,HELP

I bought a PW80 I believe it is about a 2000 model, (All Blue)
The thing runs great, but there is a small black rubber tube coming from the bottom of the carburator. That thing leaks gasoline constantly. I can't get it to stop. If I plug it the gas then runs out the exhaust pipe flange where it connects to the engine. That did not work. Any idea about that hose and what is causing it to leak?? and how to stop it?? I think that would be the drain/overflow. If too much gas is getting into the carb it would run out or if the screw is loose that stops the drain.

Your float level height is probably in need of adjustment, may be sticking or require replacement.
