OK guys/gals this is simple I thought, if I make a fuel mixture 25/1 instead of 32/1 I have actually leaned the fuel air mix. Right...Right. The question I have is If I wanted to run the engine with more lubrication is this the answer, or will I run the top end too hot because of the fuel.
Yes, 25:1 is a leaner fuel/air ratio than 32:1, and a richer oil/fuel ratio. But there is always the assumption of correct jetting to achieve the correct fuel/air ratio, so the 'or' part of your question doesn't really follow from the premise. They are 2 separate issues - establish the oil/fuel ratio you prefer, and then adjust jetting to suit.
