Fuel Tap Problem

Thought I'd pull the tankl & change the fuel for a weekend ride when the output side of the gas tap came off while removing the fuel line. It looks like a simple press fit part and it does have a snug fit when re-inserted. I think I'll put it back together with some MarineTex epoxy. Any thoughts on this?

Jim, I would suggest you just tap it back in. It's a taper fit and will snug up by giving it a few sharp taps.
