It's that time of year again, where everyone makes a resolution to get in shape, and by February they forget all about it.
Well...I'd like to try and stop that!
I resolved to stretch every major muscle group at least once a day and to walk at least 4 times a week. I will probably also either buy an exercise ball to do ab exercises with, or some sort of exercise video.
I don't so much want to lose any weight as I want to get in much better shape. I want to be toned, not flabby! I've gained 5 pounds since October, and I know it's all in the middle!
So, post here if you want to share your story!
If we continue to post here and support each other then maybe we won't be as inclined to drop our resolutions so quickly!
