Its been said before...I'll say it again.
Top notch!
I sent my V1 stabilizer in for a rebuild last week, it had sprung a leak at the bottom seal. This stabilizer is probably about 2 years old, I wasn't terribly upset.
I sent it in with a note to please fix, and submitted a payment option. I know they warranty these things, but still, thought I'd have to pay at least shipping.
I got the stabilizer back today, no charge...nada...not even shipping.
And...they updated all the components with new! My housing had a few severe "scars"...they replaced it! my lid had the old style 2 screws on top...they replaced it!
Hell, they even replaced the arm! By the looks of it, I got a new stabilizer! And the dial now goes up to 8.
Turn around time...door to door....1 week. I'm impressed. :cool:

Wolf I'd have to agree with you, I had the same experience with them. I have talked to them on the phone as well, and they were very friendly and helpfull. If only customer service was this good everywhere.
