Good morning all! Hope no one is regretting last night's activities TOO much. Mine were fairly low key.
What are everyone's resolutions? Mine are the same as every other year:
1.) Get in shape
a.) Get bad knee back to 100%
b.) Arms/shoulders/upper body
c.) Endurance
2.) Practice more and train harder
a.) Get corner speed up
b.) Practice starts!
c.) Work on jump timing
3.) Write more articles
How did we all do on LAST year's resolutions? I think I did ok. I have let it go recently, but kept up the running and weight lifting for most of the year. I have had a few articles published. I didn't race much but I did notice a HUGE improvement in my riding. I didn't really write down solid, definite resolutions last year though.
