Has anyone used this bracket on a CRF250X?

I saw this on that big auction site(item # 4566086813), is anyone using this with a Scotts damper on a CRF 250 X? Looks pretty good, & seems like it would save over $20. Will it only work with the stock tank?

Hey Dave, I guess this forum won't let me put a link up, it seems to delete anything with the word e-bay, but that's why I put the item # in my post, it's pretty easy to find with that.

Looks good to me. Although I have no experience w/that part. Let me know how it works out. I've been thinkning about a steering upgrade myself.

Hey Joe,

I purchased the Scotts for my 04' CRF-X. When buying the complete kit for that model(bolt-on kit) this bracket comes as part of the kit. I don't see why anyone would need to purchase this bracket individually.Even if they already have the stabilizer on a different bike and would like to transfer it to the X....they would have to buy the "bolt on kit" which includes this bracket.
