HELP coolant leak YZ250

I just completed a complete rebuild of my 2001 YZ250 everything is great except i have a small coolant leak. It is comeing from a hole in the bottom of the water pump housing it is in line with the drain hole wich is the bolt that has the copper washer and yes the washer is new as well as the gasket this was never a problem before it looks like something shold plug this hole maybe i knocked it out durring the cleaning process any help from someone with a simular bike would be appriciated.

It is leaking from the water pump weep hole. Pop in a new water pump seal and you should be good to go.

I looked in my service manual were is the seal you are talking about? Is it on the waterpump shaft?

Its on the waterpump shaft. Check for play in the shaft while you have it down. It may be time replace the shaft bearing and the inner oil seal also.

Everthing is working great now no leaks
