HELP NEEDED - CR250R Engine Installation

Need some help please. Removed the engine from my 2000 Honda CR250 last night. I already had the cylinder head and cylinder removed from the engine.

I'm wanting to put it completely back together prior to putting it back. Will I be able to fit it back in assembled. Sure seems tight....

I have been able to remove and install my complete 450 engine. It can be done, but if you're doing it in a shop, why bother? Set in the bottom end of the engine, and then reassemble the top end.

Much easier that way.

It can be done on all the bikes I've tried on. I would think it would work for you.

A guy I ride with has a 01. When he rebuilt it this winter he took the whole engine out before taking the top end off.

After a bottom and top end rebuild, I put my old '99 CR engine back in with the cylinder on. I guess the frame is slightly different than the '00, but I don't remember any trouble.
