Ok here is the deal (( first off when starting the bike it revs out like mad scares the crap out of me! it does it about 10 sec then slows down this is only when starting the engine when its cold after it warms up it fine)). also when riding at steady throttle it just crackles like crazy in and out and really bad. after pinning it i roll off the throttle and it will crackle for awhile and seem to be very un responsive!! i can only assume the jetting it way out of wack. i think i am on the sec from the top on the needle the jet size i cant remember for sure seems like one was (170) i think any idea's. maybe burning lean? im not to good with carb jetting so any help or ideas would be great .. it has mod air box fmf fatty pipe and fmf silencer if that helps

likely air leak, intake, crank seals or exhaust seal, or pilot is clogged

air leak. Don't ride iit or you'll blow it up. Go through all gaskets and carb boot connections. Inspect the reads as well... Around the cage is a common sight for a leak.
