How Much Spooge?

I have a 91 KDX 200 and about a month ago I rejetted with the help of this forum, and I am wondering how much black stuff do you get out of your tail pipe.

Standing next to the bike and twisting the throttle a couple of times holding my right hand about 2 inches from my tail pipe I get about a 2 inch black oily dot on my hand. Is this too much spooge? Not globs or spots just a black oily dot.

If you haven't repacked your silencer since you rejetted you might be getting residual spooge being blown out the packing and the pipe.
