hey guys me again this time i have fixed my bike, i put in all new seals, and gaskets in the motor and put her together, now my question is how should i break her in because the bike engine was taken apart shouldnt i break it in a bit before i rip around my track, im asking this because my parts are used but i did tear the bike down to change all the seals and gaskets, so how should i go upon breaking it in ?

Uhh, you don't need to break in gaskets and seals. Let it rip.
