How to Care for ProCircuit Works Pipe

I put on a Pro Circuit Works Pipe earlier this year (the bare metal one) and love it. Only thing is now it's beggining to tarnish/rust. Who else has this pipe and what do you do to restore the original look?

A friend of mine swears by CLR & a rag.. Don't use anything abrasive on it, and it will look like new for a long time.

you can get CLR at the grocery store in the bathroom cleaning section.

I have a Bill's bare metal pipe. I had the exact same question after I got it.

My mother recommened I coat it with some POR15 stuff she had around the house. It has held up pretty good so far this seaon. It look like I painted it with a glossy clearcoat. The base of the pipe (near the exhaust port) looks like a dark red color. The maintenance is a lot less, just like a coated pipe.

WD40 and a Scotchbrite pad to clean it up. Then after each time you wash it wipe the pipe off with WD40 sprayed on a rag. This keeps moisture off the pipe to prevent rust and keeps mud from sticking to it so hard.

This was the way I always heard in the day before the plated pipe came along.
