Hey guys I'm pretty new to this whole thing so I'm not too sure. Can I actually hose the whole bike down to clean it? or are there certain places where you shouldn't get wet. Just curious as to what solvent people use as well to get the dirt and grit off.
If using a high power pressure wash try not to spray directly on the chain , carb or any seals. Get a muffler plug, you don't want water in there!
As far as a pre-soak you can use any degrease chemical. (Simple green,Gunk,etc.) I like to use Tuff-Stuff on my plastics it really makes them shine. :cool:
