Anyone know of a UK repairer of Radiators - dropped my bike at the weekend and its bent the side of the L/H radiator. The Rad is not leaking and the bike still runs normally so I supose I could put off the repair until the end of the year - what do you think ?

Also need a replacement PISTON - Do Wiseco make a replacement for my 96 Husky or do I go with the £130 Genuine Part - Hey America how much is a replacement Husky Piston over there - Bet its cheaper then the UK - Does any dealer over there do mailorder ?

Cello if its not leaking then you do not need a repair as its still pressure tight. You would be suprised how much you can bend rads around. Trick is run the bike get rad warm. Now never ever use steel bars wooden handles etc nothing that will put pressure all in one point. my advice the best rad tool is your hands. Spread your hands flat against radiator use towel if your real worried about bending the waffles and cover as much area as possible so you will spread the pressure across the palm and fingers on application. Work out wher you need to go bending wise then set yourself and push it around with as much flat area of your hand applying the pressure. You'll be suprised. I was always told if they dont leak dont touch them....thats bull you can get them lined back up pretty good just be careful and do it slowly.

Wayne-Was riding with the Worcester Trail Riders Club - More then 8 Hours riding where we covered around 100 Miles around the Monmouth area - Phew !

2Smoke-Thanks for the info on the Rad - Trouble is the Rad is bent inwards towards the frame . The rad is still flat but looks like I,ll need to use something like a car jack to open her up again - Hope you understand .
