Never even heard of 'em. Why not stick with the tried and true boyesen power reeds?? My experience with CF reeds has never been a pleasant one. They don't last long, and when they fail they send little pieces of CF all up through your engine. Mmmmm...

Thanks for the input, when I looked on the net I found that they are sold by EBC brakes http://www.ebcbrakes.com/motorcycle_brake/carburetor_parts/hy-tech-reeds.shtml
when you look at the 2009 Catalogue they do list a set for the KDX200 and KDX220 which are the ones that I have bought.I think that they must be better known in the USA as I have seen a lot of bikes listed with them as an upgrade.
As they only cost me .99p =£1.50 postage I might store them.
The feeling that I get from the net is that carbon fiber are safer when they fail.

I went to the link you gave us, jonoo, but it had no catalog or application chart for these reeds. Are you certain these are for a KDX200/220?
Maybe the website in this country is different than the one in your country?

Hi if you down load the UK/EU catalogue and look on page 444 you will see full range KDX 200 (All Models) CF64
KDX 220 A4-A10 CF64
they do ones for the KDX250 but they are listed as KX 250 C2/D1/D2/E1/F1/G1/H1
/H2/J1/J2/K1/K2/K3 CF14 it's odd they are made in the USA but they don't show on the USA catalogue.
I'm not sure if I will use them I have been told that they work very well at higher revs but I would like more power low down as most of the green lane work I do is slower.
