Idaho Riding Information

I am looking for riding info for Idaho, specifcally closer to Boise. I was just in Boise and Eastern Idaho and see tons of open land. I read that most of the land is BLM or public land and pretty accessible.

Any info on some riding around Boise would be great. Preferably singletrack trails and hills if available. Anything close enough to ride all day and head back into town at night would be great.
