Interchanging front end parts

OK, I did it, bought a bike off of E-Bay. OK, I bought half a bike on E Bay. My 1999 CR250R has no front end, I mean nothing north of the gooseneck. Will triple tree and forks from other years, models fit?? Should I get forks which are same diameter (47MM) and an OEM or aftermarket triple tree??

The 98 and 99 were the same frames, but the forks may fit even from a 97 but im not sure.

Ended up with 95

I did just purchase front forks and triple clamps upper/lower from a 1995 CR250. I know the fork tubes are the same size but the triple tree may not fit 100%. It will be interesting to see how they work out.
