I've been hanging out on this board for a while and figured it was about time I introduced myself. My name is Greg and I'm from Lubbock, Texas. I've been riding for almost twenty years off and on but have never ridden competitively. I'm a member of a local trailriding club and was involved in working at my first enduro about year ago. I have two sons and one on the way who have recently gotten into riding along with me and my wife.

Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself and say how much I enjoy this site as I've gotten a lot of valuable information from it and look forward to meeting some fellow spodes.

Which enduro did you work, I love those out in west Texas, even though they kick my butt. You should come up and ride the race at Muenster in November. It'll be a ball. I'd be happy to have you on my row.:)
Maybe Bswift will join us.

Thanks everybody. After reading about DW01, I'm definitely planning on going to DW02 it sounds like a blast.

justql - I worked the lone star enduro right outside of lubbock. It was put on by our club.

I was planning to ride the Cloudcroft enduro last month, but was still recovering from a broken leg from the summer. It's almost completely healed now and I'm hoping to ride either Meunster or Boondockers.

I wasn't born a texan, but I got here as quick as I could and been here for eleven years now.

Welcome, Raider

Being a graduate of that FINE university in Lubbock myself, I completely understand where your forum name "Raider" is coming from.

Welcome to the gang. It is alot of fun to be a part of this group, whether you contribute alot or just watch from the sidelines like I normally do.

My hubby and I both graduated from Tech and are driving up this weekend for homecoming. Lubbock is a great place to live!:)

O Who? Do you know why Texas has not fallen into the gulf of Mexico yet? Cuz Oklahoma sucks!! Ha Ha :) Just kidding. Its just an ok place to live. It not great or anything. It even says to on there liscense plate "Oklahoma is O.K." ;) I don't mind visiting there, but just don't drink the beer. To answer your question yes I do ride with spurs. Just do squat with them on. Welcome raider its good to see a few other raider fans around here.

P.S. I did live in O.K. (Duncan) for about 3 months.
