I hope not? jr's 96 has one not sure which dunlop, it's for soft conditions. I just put a 110 dunlop 773 on my 99 it looks to be made for very soft conditions. have'nt rode on it yet though. on jr's bike it rubs very slightly on the stock SA.

Actually, the 100/100 - 18 is too small of a tire for the KDX [unless you're riding strictly mud] I saw an article on how much Kaw saves on each bike by selling it with the smaller tire and at the end of a year it's a bundle!

There are also variances between manufacturers on the sizing of the tires. A maxis 60001 tire is pretty narrow for the sizes. A 110/100 would easily fit.

Like others here, I run a 110/100 with no problems fitting (still lots of clearance on both sides). I chose a "cheap" copy of a Dunlop made by Vee Ruber. It actually has a 6-ply rating and works just fine. As fast a I chew up back tires, I'll save money where I can ;).

I use a Michelin S12 130/80 tire on the back of my 220 and it fits fine. Michelin tire sizes are a bit odd. I think a 130/80 Michelin = 110/100 Dunlop.
