Is there a special boot or brace,

How's it going, I've got 2 pin's in my ankle(the only Titanium I own)and I cannot find boot's soft enough that they dont squeeze right in that area.Is there some kind of device that might help.Most boot's are 50% plastic and just dont stretch.Man i need a pair of High point's.
