jumping on 4 strokes

i could clear every jump on my local track,nnow ive got a 426 f i cant clear any is there a different technique to jumping on a 4 stroke

also why do the pro's keep the revs pinned on jumps and do they pull the clutch in

Sounds like you just need to get used to the power output. The pros and any skilled rider for that matter, will land with the gas on/pinned because it helps absorb the impact and gets them to the next obstacle faster.

are you supposed to keep ther revs full right up the face of the jumps

You gotta keep on the gas a bit on the take off or your front wheel drops down due to engine compression braking.

Hit the jump in the meat of the power, not max RPM and not bogging it. They would only pull in the clutch if they were going to tap the rear break for wheel control. Some pro's shift up and feed the clutch on landing with the throttle pined if they're heading down a straight. If they're landing a double or a triple into a corner then no.

Get some help from a buddy before you hurt you're self. If you were jumping fine on a 2 stroke the 426 should be no problem.
