I havent done anything to setup my sags. Its like 40mm free sag and 80mm race sag or something, kinda hard to meassure alone. Should be like 20 and 100 right? Whats the free sag for anyhow? Just to see if the spring is too hard or soft when the race sag is right? I guiss my race sag will be even less when i set the free sag, that means too hard spring?

Also front suspension sag, is it important and how do you set it, just changing forks?

Dont try to measure it alone-it wont be right-aim for 25mm/100mm.
The 25mm free sag indicates if the spring is correct.

Front sag is har dot measure-goto the spring rate generator on www.mx-tech.com and see if your fork spring are correct for your weight-a better idea then measuring fork sag with the stiction of the bushes giving incosistant results.
