KDX 200 front fork help

I just installed some new springs in my 2000 kdx 200 and after reassembling the forks, I grabbed the front brake and compressed the the forks a few times and hear a slight click during the rebound. I never tested the forks prior so I don't know if this is normal or not. Thanks

Could be just spring clatter. If the actions seems strange I'd go ahead and break them down.

You might also check your spring preload. I have seen springs come the wrong length, which could cause some noise if they were a little short.
